Here's a general outline of the application process:

1. Preparation (Washing):

   • Wash hair thoroughly with a clarifying shampoo (often provided by the brand or recommended) 2-3 times to remove all residues and open the hair cuticle.
      
   • Do not use conditioner.
   • Towel-dry hair until it is about 70-80% dry, or blow-dry it completely depending on product instructions.

2. Application of Treatment:

   • Divide hair into small, manageable sections.
      
   • Using a fine-tooth comb and wearing gloves, apply the keratin treatment evenly to each section, starting about 0.5-1 inch from the scalp and working down to the ends. Avoid applying directly to the scalp.
   • Ensure each strand is saturated but not dripping. Comb through to distribute the product evenly and remove any excess.

3. Processing Time:

   • Allow the product to process on the hair for the recommended time (typically 20-60 minutes), as indicated on the product packaging. This time varies based on hair type (e.g., finer hair may require less time, coarser hair more).

4. Drying the Hair:

   • Do NOT rinse the product out yet.
